Aquamarine

Aquamarines, which are a form of the mineral beryl, range from blue-green to deep blue. Naturally occurring deep-blue aquamarines are the rarest and most valuable. Some of these crystals weigh more than 250 pounds.

Morganite

Like emerald and aquamarine, morganite is part of the beryl mineral family. However, unlike emeralds, which tend to have a lot of inclusions, morganite gemstones are relatively free of inclusions, making them more eye-appealing and easier to care for.

Spinel

The wide range of colours seen in Spinel, from deep reds and rich blues to vivid pinks and oranges, is due to trace impurities within the crystal structure. Chromium impurities can create red and pink Spinels, while iron and cobalt can produce blue and violet varieties.

Citrine

Moonstone

The name moonstone derives from the stone’s characteristic visual effect, called adularescence (or schiller), which produces a milky, bluish interior light. This effect is caused by light diffraction through alternating layers of orthoclase and albite within the stone.
